Project

On December 6th, 2023 we successfully completed the planning phase of our project. All required documents were submitted in accordance with the precise service description, creating another milestone on our path.

We are currently concentrating on putting the services that cannot be provided internally out to tender and on recruiting competent subcontractors. This step is crucial in order to secure our capacities and implement our project with the highest level of expertise.

We have successfully achieved our goal of setting up the construction warehouse with its impressive area of ​​11,000 m2 in Essen (Oldenburg) by the end of March 2024.

The planning approval decision was available at the end of April 2024, which is why we set construction to start on June 13, 2024. With this we moved from the planning to the construction phase.
