This will enable the transportation of electricity from renewable energies from Northern and Eastern Germany to Bavaria in the future. 
EUROPTEN Transmission Germany GmbH will connect the line from the Wolmirstedt grid node near Magdeburg to the Isar power plant site near Landshut. The project comprises a total of three lots. A total of 3,750 tons of pylon steel, 47 km of road construction and approx. 390,000 m² of assembly areas will be installed. There will be 47 foundations, 42 of which are slab foundations and 5 bored pile foundations.

Preparations for the start of the project are proceeding according to plan. This includes setting up the construction warehouse, preparing the implementation planning, calculating the foundations and emergency rods, engaging subcontractors and ordering materials. In the course of this, our emergency boom modular system was adapted by the engineering department. The new components (approx. 800 tons) have been ordered for the 3rd quarter of 2025. The start of construction with road construction and foundation work is planned for calendar week 32/2025.
