Around 100 executives from across the entire corporate group were invited to discuss current developments and strategic goals—with the aim of engaging in a “dialogue” together.
The first day was entirely dedicated to our business divisions: future prospects, project presentations and practical insights provided a wealth of ideas and new perspectives.
On the second day, the focus shifted to occupational safety with an inspiring guest lecture and an interactive workshop on the “culture of responsibility.”
A special highlight was the boat cruise followed by dinner, which rounded off the first day of the event in a pleasant atmosphere.
